  • Duncan Standard Spacing 50mm?

Anyone know if these are really 50mm as stated on the Duncan site? Seems like everywhere else I get 50mm parts they are slightly wider. I suspect Duncans are actually 49.2mm (or I suppose the parts I've been getting could be slightly wider than 50mm). Anyone?

    Thanks!

Anyone have trembucker pickup and tell if the total bobbins lenght is 2.780, what confuse me is if it's 2.780 how can it fit in a 2.750 pickup mounting ring hole? I did a search on trembucker mounting ring and found nothing.

Seymour sells mounting rings with certain pickups. I have a box for a JB on my desk. On the back it says mounting ring included.

Trembuckers don't fit standard HB rings. I learned the hard way. Use to mill off about .020" from each side. SD packages correct rings with Trembuckers for retail, but not for OEM.

Yesterday I opened the inside ring with a laser cutter and it work like a charm.

Laser cut outside ring template > put the ring in the template > cut the inside
