Although they are not on the website, Guitar Jones used to have them. You could email Pat and see if he still sells them.

Seymore Duncan should also have them available. If you don't need the longer ones you can buy undrilled, 4 string J pickup covers from several sources. I get mine from Hosco/Gotoh.
