Actually thats a good deal if it stay slow like that. You'll have to change it to mount a face plate for bobbins etc. Compare to my Adams Maxwell with about the same features which sells for about $1500 used if you can even find one. I don't see this does reverse winding though, so wouldn't buy it myself....
