    ....

Just goes to show there is a good reason professional recording studios don't use PC's, they use Macs and always have since they came out....
I remember way back in about '85 maybe, I was at Prairie Sun where alot of Shrapnel stuff used to be recorded, and I wondered into a room where a guy had a Mac Plus, a little lunchbox of a thing, and was running some kind of sequencer with it, had a whole keyboard score recorded and hooked up to his midi keyboard, I was really impressed. I was using the same Mac to do my own typesetting at the time as well, that little lunchbox eventually within a short period of time put all the typesetting companies out of business, the smart ones adapted and became service bureaus, even now most of those don't exist anymore either......love my Macs :-)

You have people using PCs now, but they used machines dedicated to music production.

Probably Professional Composer (1984) or Performer (1985) from Mark of the Unicorn.

I still have a Mac Plus, and a Mac Portable too! I also have an old 512K Mac.

It would be possible to describe everything scientifically, but it would make no sense; it would be without meaning, as if you described a Beethoven symphony as a variation of wave pressure. — Albert Einstein
