What is heavy or single Insulation build?

Hi, i`m new and i want to know what is heavy or single insulation build becase i don`t know.

Single build is just a single thin layer of insulation.
SPN, and PE are a Single layered Wire.
Heavy is a thicker or double layered insulation HPN, HFV.

I`v found in Uruguay a company that sells wire 0,06mm but they don`t specify the insulation, they have only 2 type and they say that one is for soldering directly 155ºc resistent and the other is 180º resistent, What insulation may have?
