Thanks T, no they are the very last of the ad fx .195s. I've had to use .187 bottom flats with the Sensmag .192s. They aren't here yet but I have quite a few pickups that I can pilfer .195s from in the mean time. I just had a play of this thing. Swamp ash, you can hear the difference from alder, sounds real good.
Any difference from vintage I reckon has to be the mags, those women winders would not have done anything other than natter away to each other til the counter told em to stop winding. er, IMO.
