I like toneful low wound necks, but that is me.
I would wind them 4400- 4600 turns.
Keep the scatter low.

I like hot bridge pickups, and low wind neck P/Us with A2s.
Sounds like you have it worked out.
Let us know what you come up with.

Another things to consider, is different bobbins.
Some humbucker bobbins are larger than others.
Some are a little wider, and a little taller.
The bobbin I could always get the most wire on was the ones at GPUSA.
Guitar Pickup Bobbins - Guitar Parts USA
The only thing to watch with these is they seem to flare easily.
So keep your stops adjusted, and watch the tension.
Also they don't have the hole in the bottom for the wire.
I saw a small notch.
I have put 10k of 42SPN on a pair of them.
Good Luck,

I've made some great sounding pickups over the years (by accident) when I was trying for something else, so I document them and move on because Guitar players (unlike Bass players) are stuck in the perpetual cycle of "I wanna sound like so-n-so" and the minute you say to them "hey I got this great sounding pickup you should try" they usually say "does it sound like so-n-so?" and I digress.
Thats the one thing I do like about the young musicans today (not the metal-shreaders) is they want a new sound, not the same-old-same-old.

I think certain browers are worse than others.
I use firefox, and I never get the double posting?

Soon you will zero-in on the sound you are after, you then wind a several pickups, life is good. Then a day comes when you need a new spool of wire, you buy some and ...BAM!... you now find your pickups don't sound like the ones you were making yesterday... and you start all over.
(and/or come here and whine about the wire not being the same as most of us do)
Then you zero-in on the sound you are after (again) and just when you find your sweet-spot you run out of some hardware parts and have to buy a new batch of parts (bobbins, or pole screws/slugs, or keepers, or baseplates) and ....BAM!... you now find your pickups don't sound like the ones you were doing yesterday .... and you start all over.
Enjoy it for what it is because it's doesn't get any easier as you go along. At best one learns how to "tweak" things to bring the wire/hardware/winding-process to get yourself back into the tone zone you like to be in. That is why everyone is suggesting that you work with your TPL and Tension and make adjustments to your winding process instead of just throwing you exact turns count's and such.
