Something to think about, and discuss.
This Thread is about all the problems you can have with a 3 pickup Strat, or 3 pickup Tele guitar.
Everyone can pretty much wire and make pickups for a Single/Single/Single Strat.
The problems arise when you put humbuckers, or blades into the mix.
There pretty much is no Standard polarity for single coils, through the years.
They have been wound every which way.
There is pretty much a consensus however on Humbuckers.
Practically all factory made humbuckers are wound CCW, with the output on the north coil.
So if we were to plan around this standard, we can come up with how to make the Single coils.
I will stop here, and we can dig deeper on future posts.
