Is anyone making a Wide Range HB kit or at least the parts?

I'm making a Starcaster inspired guitar and I want to use WRHBs, but the cost for most is really high! Even more so now that I make pickups versus buying $200 - $400+ sets from others.

Philadelphia Luthier has the covers and baseplates.
You may have to make bobbins, but you can do that with flatwork.
