Coil leads on humbuckers

I have been winding a couple of sets of humbuckers and was curious as to how other people hide the leads ? I have seen people pushing them back through between the coils or underneath the coil next to the maple spacer. I was wondering if anyone here had some good tips for dealing with this?

The wire tucking and placement can vary, do the type of connecting cable you use.
4 wire gets trickier, but I hide it all with the cloth tape or cover.
Keeping the wires short also helps.
