  • Kawai S2T Question

I've got what I think is a Kawai S2T that I plan to pot. I've got a few of these, so I am wondering if anyone knows what wire gauge was used for the coil in case I have to rewind one of them?

Well, if they were mine, and I was going to pot or modify them?
Fiirst I would gather all the specs I could.
I would measure the DCR on several of them.
Also if you had one broke that you could mic the wire size?
    Measure the bobbin,
    BOBBIN CORE DIMENSIONS
    Length" Width" Height" flange"
Along with the resistance dcr, could determine how many turns on each bobbin?
with bobbin data, you can chart out the amount of turns?

**Others, please jump in with any ideas, and experience with these type of pickup bobbins!
    Thanks,

    Check out the video.

Thanks for the reply. DCR on this one is very low. It's 2.69K. I'll check the others.
