Coil wind not even - bad tension?

Hi,

I am trying to wind humbucker and my wind is always thicker at the bottom and thinner on the top (please see photos).
I am using cnc and magnetic tensioner/felt tensioner. I tried to play with wind speed (600-1500/min) and tension and not sure how to fix it.



Do you know what it might be?

I would appreciate any help,

The winding looks true?
Just too much on one side not on the other.
I don't know your winding rig, but looks like an adjustment to the wire guide collars, is all you need.
If you can't figure it out from here?
include some pics of your winding gear?

Adjusting guide collar - do you mean to have equal distance from the left and right bobbin wall/edge? Yes, maybe i can set it up better. I was winding equal layers (mostly wire next to wire, not much scatter). I played with it a bit more and its better. Will test it and hope my coils will be more consistent.

Yes, the width adjustment is what I was talking about.
On a more manual winder, we use a rod with adjustable guide collars, for left and right edges, and width.
My personal like for 42SPN, is less than 5k winds on the neck bobbins, and more than 5k 42SPN on the bridge bobbins.

I have the same winder and put a limit switch on it for the start point. I did have a facebook page i made and was moderator, a bunch of us with those winders used to help each other. Since facebook kept being a assshole and stopped me from uploading files, i left the group and do not know if it even still exists. I have extra limit switches here and can help you install one if you want, there are some settings and/or jumpers you have to set.

mozz - I was setting limits like that:
- start (I just put some offset to the software lets say 1mm and wire was very close to the edge)
- end (I put bobbin internal height and it seems to work ok, but now putting little higher value so can get closer to the edge - i think bobbin was 0.1mm taller actually)

I am not sure about tensioner position - I keep it in front of my winder and when traverse is moving right, I am not sure if there is no additional tension between cnc and tensioner pulley (when traverse is moving 6mm they are not aligned enymore), but maybe it is not relevant that much.

Also do you know how to wind coil to have this nice bulge? Does it have just more layer in the middle than on sides? Is it possible with cnc? This is how it looks on their website:
