  • Help finding a counter / sensor

    Hi everyone,

Can someone direct me to a good counter and sensor? I'm looking for one that can turn off my motor at a particular preset count (i.e. turns off after 10000 revolutions).

I'd like to spend less than $300.00 if possible.

    Thanks for the help

Well I made my choice today finally. I bought a Red Lion PAXLCR batch counter and a Thru-Bore Encoder. It was a little more than I wanted to spend but I think it will be worth it for me. The encoder slides onto the bobbin faceplate shaft and locks into place with a set screw. The counter has a a built in relay for upto 1/8th Horsepower, and currently I am using 1/20th HP so im good there.
