I have an old RF bridge that I picked up last year. It is a General Radio 1606-A and is used to measure antennas, r-f equipment and circuits with relatively low impedance. I have never used this thing but was wondering if it could be useful to measure or analyse pickups. It would need an exciter to stimulate the pup but I have no idea where one would come by such a thing. Any thoughts or interest in such an item?

It's the kind of thing that radio amateurs like and can use. Ask around, as there will be a group near you.
