I have a broken screw side bobbin on a original Gibson T-top HB. I went to Ebay to look for a replacement bobbin and fond a seller (Top rated) who sells several bobbins at a affordable price - But, several of his bobbins (Gibson HB single bobbin) measure around 8 K Ohm. The bobbin is sold as "Vintage Gibson T Top Humbucker Single Pickup Bobbin Les Paul SG ES 335 8.30K".
If I remember correctly a Gibson single HB bobbin should be around 4 K Ohm? Two (vintage) HB bobbins, making one PU, should land around 7-8 k Ohm?
