Spin Doctor - help

Hi, i am new to this forum. I started with mending pickups, changing magnets, recharging and so on. I wound some strat pickups and rewound some.

I am the proud owner of a Spin Doctor gauss meter - it was obviously one of the last produced. But i broke the on switch today, the plastic tip broke off. This is a flimsy plastic part and it broke flush to the end of the casing. I am unable to move the on switch. The switch has a marking on top 5J.

I am not to keen to solder on this small pcb (but will do) and I am no keen to put another flimsy plastic part in, which will break again.

Any ideas? Thanks.

I had that happen to mine. sent an email to him and he sent me another. this was a couple years ago......

Thanks so far. I was able to move the switch with tip of my multimeter leads. Oh my....
