  • Mackie Thump 118S Opamps

    Hey all,
Does anyone know what the OpAmps are that Mackie uses in the preamp section of the Thump 118S as I'm sure many others? This board got a bit of pop spilled on it and some seeped inside the preamp box.
They're marked with a 'M and a weird looking cross between a '0' and an '8'. They also have a marking of 'C87'.
They are roughly 5mm X 5mm square and SMD 8 pin.
I'll probably just try a few to see what might work.
Be nice to know what they really are.
    Thanx, Glen

    Hey folks,
I found some LM4565 5mm square opamps on a junked Mackie board that worked just fine. I suppose just about any generic opamp would have worked. Thanx, Glen
