Not sure where to post this but I have collected some random parts over the years and I would like to combine them into something...if only to lower the square footage that they take up. I have a front plate mixer off an xr-600 (not the B or C) and an amp module 500BH (similar to a 400BH out of an XR-600B or C) Could I combine the two or is there something, aside from practicality, utility, logic etc...that would prevent the combination of the two parts?

I even have a box for the parts.

That's how PV did it. The basics are fine for them combining, but make sure the connections are compatible and that the preamp power coming from the 500BH is what the mixer panel needs.
