FX into Mixer

I just bought a 16 channel mixer.I have all my old(but good) guitar rack FX. Can I run them all in line into the stereo loop,and is it ok to use more than one at a time DDL+Rev+ Pitch Trans.All my amps are 35-44 years old,and I have never used a send/return thats why I'm ask'n
