sorry if this is a bit off topic..
I have a basic audio system in my old car and want to get good sound out of it. Im using a 6" driver for my bass (not optimal but awsome price).
My problem is that the box for this driver is massive. and I want more space .
My plan is to make a new box with the same internal volume. but I want a long, thin box rather than a square one.
Will this produce really undesirable results or will it be acceptable?
Does anyone have any other advice that I may need to consider?
