I have a stock vox AC30cc2x. I haven't played it for about 6 months. Turned it on and the rectifier got powder, but nothing else. Swapped all tubes and checked connections but nothing. Any help out there?

If the heaters are not glowing in all the other tubes, then chances are you have a blown fuse inside. FS2 is a 6.3 amp slow blow fuse that serves the heaters. it may be simply blown from fatigue, or there could be a problem. if a new fuse blows, then something is wrong, possibly a bad power tube.Education is what you're left with after you have forgotten what you have learned.

Welcome to the show.....
Now have you checked the ht fuse?
Just moving tubes about will not make it work, ok so you say you've checked inside connections and still no o/p. Have you gave the pcb the once over for dry solder joints or cracks in the print?
Do you have the diagram to aid with voltage and signal tracing.
