Stratocaster Pickup info Wanted

I was wondering what the pickup difference is on a Fender Strat or Squire. Which one gets a more distorted sound? I'm going to gut a Squire for parts for a gutair I'm building, and I have 2 DiMarzio Evolution-style humbuckers, so I want a good, distorted sound for it.

Well, there are three pickups on a Strat, and I know each one is a little different, so I want to know what the difference is. I'm hoping one is very distorted. Is that a little more clear?

On a great many strats there is no difference. They have three of the same pickup. Most modern Strats have a stronger bridge pickup and many modern sets of pickups are "calibrated" which means the neck pickup is slightly weaker and the bridge pickup is slightly stronger. None of the Strat pickups are even going to come close to having the output of the Evolutions.
