    Hi, welcome.

    DO they work?

trying to be gentle, I'd have to call those basement speakers. Earth was a company that sprang up tried to make copies of a number of Peavey products or things that looked like Peavey products. Until Peavey sued them out of existence.

I don;t know what kind of crossover is inside, minimal, I would suspect. You have a pair of inexpensive piezo tweeters, or at least space for two, one seems to be missing. A small paging horn for mids, and the woofer. The knob on the rear provides some control over the level of the highs with respect to the lows. The piezos themselves don;t need a crossover, but the paging horn does. Well, unless it has one built in.

Power handling would depend upon what the woofer is, for the most part. I wouldn;t count on a lot, I'd have to think anything over 100 watts would be a bonus.

Thanks for the info. I don't know if it would work or not. I have nothing to test them with. One of them is is missing the woofer and tweeters. Any ideal of there value?

        Hello

I have a pair of the Earth speakers in your pictures that I purchased new. If my memory is correct they were rated about 150 watts and peak around 200. We traveled for a number of years and these were our main speakers and wored fine.. They are a knock off of the Peavey product. Your speakers appear to be in rough condition compared to mine. I also purchased the covers which have protected over the years. I purchaed mine in the mid 70's. I hope this helps. Did you mention what you paid for these speakers? Thanks.

Very short but realistic answer: they are worth what you paid for them.

Actually, Earth Sound Research, from right here in Long Island, began with copies of Kustom products (albeit tube -powered with the tuck & roll design) and ended up copying Peavey, which at the time wasn't the sharpest tool in the shed!
