Looking for sub part #'s 1ss142 and 2sd1763a. Both used in a JBL eon. Thanks for any suggestions.

2SD1763 is NPN TO220FP 120V 1.5A 20W
I just looked through my drawers and found a drawer with the right specs, then I realized it was my drawer for 2SD1763. The common enough 2SC3298 ought to work well too.

1SS142 is a 300v 200na fast rectifier, a suggested sub might be a BAV21.Education is what you're left with after you have forgotten what you have learned.
