Edcor transformers diy direct box
This forum is more appropriate for this question that the diystompboxes forum. I bought the edcor pcw10k/10k transformer for a guitar reamp box and it worked great. I want to use a similar transfomer from the edcor site to build a direct box. But from what I understand it does not have the beat frequency response unless you drive it with an op amp circuit. Should I buffer both the input an output? Or just drive the transformer? I you have any schematics for reference that would be great
