  • PSK SP-830D Mixer

    Hi,
I recently purchased a second hand PSK SP-830D Powered Mixer which has a faulty relay. I have taken it to two repair guys who both siad they couldn't do anything with it without the circut diagrams.

Does anyone know anything about PSK? I can't find anything on them at all. There is no information on the unit except for the fact it is made in Korea.

    Can anyone help?

I could be totally wrong here, but if the relay itself were bad, any competent tech could find suitable replacement. I'd be thinking if two guys bailed out for lack of documents that there was a problem in the amp that was not letting the relay circuit connect the output. That wouldn;t be a bad relay per se.

Look at photos of other similar mixers and see if it appears to be a clone of one. Try looking through the Phonic line, they make mixers for a number of other companies. Your model may be the same under the skin as some other make and model that we do have schematics for.
