I haven't seen the amplifier available separately before. That's cool! Those guitar/amp kits were available under several different names and with different designs and colors. I have one that I've gotten to be fairly playable and may at some point put a piezo pickup into!

SEARS Wing-ding by EMENEE. Electronic amplifier for guitars. Stock #1659. I got this at a garage sale last year. Battery compartment is clean + free of corrosion, but strap (plastic) brittle and broken. box also dried and tore when I picked it up. Inside box was a Tiger pickup (Japanese). I havn't figured out age of amp or rest yet(wonder if stock# is a clue) But looking for old catalog pics if available for fun.
