I love those EPRO-M-OSFETs and their cute tiny windows which let you see their *real* inner self.
Remember to cover it, though, or that MOS might be "erased" by accident.
EDIT: please do not take this as criticism but a well intentioned suggestion: don't you think you should try to hold those Mosfets in a somewhat stronger way?
You know, real macho bolts and nuts, those you used look wimpy to me.
I have some spare OEM Railroad Rail bolts I might send you.
You'd only have to enlarge the mounting hole a little, with a 1" drill (or a jackhammer if you feel safer using that).

Ah, too late, it already got erased by accident.
The same 3300uF inverter grade capacitor charged to 400V works quite well on EPROMs too.
