  • Diode number what is this?

    I have about 200 diodes in a bin that I can't identify.
I think they are a 1N914 equivalent but can't pin them down.
glass is Blueish in color black strip.
    Numbers as you read around

    Q3
Looked on INTERNET tried different number combinations.

If you have a 100 to 200V supply, test them "backwards" with a 47K to 100K series resistor to check whether they "Zener" or not.
If you get consistent reverse voltage within 1V or 5% from each other, they are Zeners.
If not, or if they "Zener" from, say, 80V to 120V or a similar huge spread, they are regular 1N 914/4148 low power rectifiers with a PIV about 80% (or less) than the lowest value measured.
