behringer sl2442fx-pro E1 error

Hello all!

Instead of hijacking another sl2442 thread, i'm starting a new one :-)

Yesterday i purchased a sl2442fx-pro in a quite bad shape. Everything seems to be working on the analog audio path, except onboard FX. After powering up there is E1 displayed on the right display, the left display is blank. The preset rotary knobs are not reacting. I've checked/cleaned the contacts of add-on board and the error is the same.

Does anybody know what does this error mean? Also - are there any schematics available? (for download or purchase online).

If anybody can point me to the right direction, i would be very thankful :-)

The DSP module is bad. Replacement is the only option. We don't have it in stock. Another source is Full Compass. They show it as "Special Order", and right now, with Behringer's distribution channels in a state of flux, I couldn't tell you when you'd see it.
