Roland XP-60 Replacement Output Jack

Does anybody know where I can find a replacement output jack for a Roland XP-60 keyboard?

The board was knocked off the stand while a patch cord was plugged in and the Left Mix output jack was ripped off the circuit board and smashed to pieces. From the wreckage I can't even figure out what the jack was or what it did!

Roland is generally excellent at supplying parts for their older products. Often not inexpensive, but better than a lot of companies that have a "buy something new" attitude.
