Oberheim Expander auto tune

hi guys

newbie here (boooo)

just wondering if there is anyone out there who might be able to help

I've got an oberheim expander (Japanese manufacture)
the problem i've got is that it fails the auto tune on all fronts osc's and filters

is there someone who has had the same problem or might know where to start looking for the fault (i've only replaced the battery and of course that hasn't helped)

we sent it to a tech ...who replaced the voice chips on the voices that failed ....he also did some work on stabilizing the psu
