Advice on headphone mixer

I'm looking for some advice on what to use for a headphone mixer for a five piece band that is wanting to start doing some basement recording sessions for a demo. We're not up on this type of technology and would like some recommendations. We're doing classic rock and some '60's and '70's oldies.
