NadyMPM 4130 powered mixer

Hello guys.I have a non working Nady powered mixer someone gave me.The power amp works.I can plug into the power amp in and get sound.But I cant get any sound from the mixer.all the ICs I checked were getting proper voltage.I've tried cleaning the jacks and the connector between themixer and power section appears to be OK.Any Ideas on what I should be checking would be greatly apprcieated.

start by checking for open fuses, low voltage regulators. mixer sections of power amps normally do not run on full rails like outputs do.
