    Another Behringer!
A Eurodesk 150 watt powersupply unit bad.
The transformers primary’s are shorted. Can't find any info on this unit.
    Transformer's info is
    Mfg. MEI AH
    Type 965-10003-14253
    PN ED14122R3
    For all that’s worth.
Just wanting to get a replacement price. customer doesn't want to spend more than $100 on repair and I don't want another Behringer research project.
    Any help would be appreciated

Chances of actually finding a proper replacement: slim
Chances of repairing the unit for less than 100 dollars: slim
Return it to the customer without dissing the big bad Behr.
    So sorry, no can fix.

We might very well have the transformers OR the entire power supply in stock. Send an e-mail inquiry to: parts@dbmproaudio.com. I'd field this for you, but I am in Boston this week.

      Is this from an MX3242?

ANything can happen, but that would be a very unusual failure.

Replacement power supplies are sold, but good luck getting one and installing it for under $100, uless you work for no labor.

          Thanks all!
yea i figured my luck would be slim at best on this.
I didn't go past testing the primary. I ohmed it out and it read low so I put it on my variac and it lit up my 100W bulb full bright.
So I looked closer and you can see that the plastic seperating the primary and secondary winding and insulation from the core had got real hot and slightly melted.
So I looked even closer and found that the customer or end user "fixed" the unit by putting a 20amp fuse in place of the original. So then the only protection was tripping the electrical breaker for the outlet it was plugged in. i'm suprised the internal thermal limit fuse didn't go, so I look closer and find that it was "removed" and jumped with a wire. What a repair, lucky it didn't burn down a house!
I'm not sure what it was powering I only received the power supply.
