I see there are discussions that relate primarily to shops, bench techs and managers that really are not of interest to general hobbyists so I created a group named " Pro Audio and MI Repair Shop Group" . As it is new it is public and open but eventually by invitation. The subject for discussion will be shop policies training, warranty claims and authorization, pricing, HR ideas, problem companies, parts sources, business practice and law, finding techs, promotion techniques and occasionally technical discussions.
Just click on the Community menu and select groups to join.
