Fender 59 Bassman issues

Hello. Am new to this site.
Trying to troubleshoot a friends 59 Bassman...keeps eating safety fuses...anybody care to comment?

I wouls start by pulling the output tubes.
See if she holds a fuse then.
If it does, replace the tubes.

Thanks for your reply...turns out the guy had the wrong internal fuse as well as the top fuse in it to begin with. I installed the correct fuses and she purrs like a kitten...thanks again.
