A buffer pedal with three isolated outputs?

The ultimate power conditioner, that removes all buzz from electric guitar amps, insuring clean, pure audio?

its a jensen 4-Way active guitar splitter! (so Steve is correct!)

          http://www.jensen-transformers.com/as/as014.pdf

But without the the 3 X $70 JT-11P-1 transformers or the $35 OPA627 op amp!

price <$100 but that's cause I got the Acopian & filter really cheap

What are you feeding with it? If a console, use balanced line and clipped shield at one end. If guitar amps, your isolation is compromised if using standard unbalanced line, grounded shield cables and connectors. Try a TRS plug and jack on the DI side with the balanced signal lines going to the tip and ring and shield to the jack ground lug. Cut the shield on the cable so only one end of the shield is connected. At the instrument amp side, use the two signal lines for tip and ground. Mark the cable as special which end has the shield clipped. This is a form of Bazooka shielding. If the amps are are your own builds, make it easy and just put a balanced line TRS jack and use TRS cable with one shield end broken. The end of the cable that has the shield snipped is the end that is the current source so the shield is electrically connected to the chassis of the load amp. That is an effective way to preserve isolation in a balanced <> unbalanced system and still provide shielding of the signal pairs.

I think as long as the ground terminals of the output jacks are isolated from the box, as the schematic says to do, it should work fine with ordinary guitar leads. After all, everything is grounded, just not to the same ground. A tiny bit of noise might get in if the Edcor transformers don't have the Faraday shields shown in the diagram.

The OPA627 is quite some op-amp. I don't think anything can touch it for high impedance loads like guitar pickups. I nearly bought one for a project at work, but I realised I got my noise calculations wrong, and an INA217 or even NE5534A would perform better in my low impedance circuit.

It better be. For $20-30 apiece, I'll expect it to give me a BJ and bring the wine too.

will report back if I get magnetic coupling or other noise, will be in nice solid Al box with isolated outputs but Faraday shields are indeed absent. I plan on having 50k CP pot for high cut. Its not as cheap as RG's little splitter but will hopefully sound good.
