Does anyone know what happened to DG Audio Repairs? I try to get in contact with Duane and I get no answer. No more website!!!

They are still listed as an authorized service center on Kurzweil's website. Perhaps if you contacted Kurzweil, or their US distributor, American Music and Sound, they may be able to tell you if there is a way to contact them.
