I'm rebuilding a Leslie Model 825 for a customer and the speaker is shot. I'd like to keep it as original as possible, so I'm looking for a source for a recone kit for the speaker. It's a Jensen SM12. Other numbers on the basket are 220030, C9257 5, and 045153. Anybody got any ideas? I've scoured the web and checked with my usual sources for recone kits. No luck so far.

Weber doesn't sell kits but does sell parts. They have a lot of standard sizes. Shoot them an email or call if you are not seeing what you need here. Also, you can send them your speaker and they can re-cone for you. I have used weber for re-cone parts, they send pretty quickly, parts is parts. you can get adhesives from simply speakers. Speaker Repair Adhesives, Glues, Epoxy, Cone Edge Sealers

I dont think weber lists terminals, but I think they have them, I know simply speakers does, and also rivets, but you can try mcmaster for something like rivets.
