Rane SM26B Mod Headphone Output

I'm looking at converting the mix outputs to a headphone output to drive a CMoy headphone amp. The CMoy is looking for a low impeadence headphone out to amplify. My plan is to wye the two mono outputs to a stereo cord to the CMoy. Looking at the schematic I'm planning on pulling R130 then short R201 (the ring will short to ground when a mono plug is inserted, Rane does say it can be used unbalanced) then do the same on the right channel. I've seen similar topography on other headphone outputs. Can anyone see problems with this?
