Yamaha EMX 300 help.

Hello. I've got a Yamaha EMX300 in which the VU meter lights will flicker and I will hear the relay on the power supply board switch on and off. So the unit is never completely coming on-line.
1) Does anyone have a service manual?
2) What could be the prob here?
