Found fractured terminal lead on -15v Regulator IC U33

One of these may help. it sounds like you have the version with the mains switch mode power supply.
If you are not familiar with electronics, or mains voltages, don't work on this as there are voltages inside that can kill you, take it to a tech.
With power off, measure the low voltage rails, +15V to 0V and -15V to 0V, make sure none of these are shorted. Check the power transistors in the power amps are not shorted. Check the speakers are not shorted.
If ok, power up through a light bulb limiter & measure all the power supply rails 7 report the results here.
