Crown 3600VLZ not powering up

Hiall,

I have a Crown Amcron 3600VLZ to repair. While it switches on (Signal/IDC leds and the fan come on), no power is applied to the power amp circuit. I can see that there is a supply switching ciruit with a relay but I don't know how it is actuated. The service manual available online for this amp includes pretty much everything except the schematics! I am attaching it for reference.

Can anyone help with the schematics or any suggestions?

You are not very clear on exactly what the led's on the front panel are doing.
