That's an important point.

MANY do not bother to fill the location data when they sign up as members, quite a few choose a cryptic description such as "3rs" which was later decoded to mean "third rock from the Sun" , meaning "Earth" (thanks, we had already figured that ), but suggested solutions , which in USA often amount to "junk it and get a new one from Craigslist or some yard sale" simply do not apply, at all, in other Countries.
