Behringer B215A Problem

I have a Behringer B215A powered speaker with a problem. When it's powered up the clip light comes on and stays on and it' passes very little signal. What could be my problem and is there a easy and cheap cure.

Check the two onboard fuses. They sometimes "go" for no apparent reason. Also check all ceramic resistors for broken pins. I just resolder them to find the culprit. Also the tweeter amp TDA or LM3886 (can't remember) gives up the magic smoke too sometimes.
Use a bulb current limiter until it passes audio and the red led goes off.
