Yesterday, in a galaxy far far away....
Customer: I think something blew up in my Turbosound Milan speaker.
Me: What happened?
Customer: The bass speaker stopped working after the gig, and my friend suggested that he will take a look inside, 'cause, you know, he knows stuff...
Me: And?
Customer: When he disconnected the speaker, one of the wires fell into the amp assembly...but not for long, just for a sec or two, I instantly removed it.
Me: Did you disconnect the mains before you opened it?
Customer: Of course! What do you think? We're stupid or somethin'?
Me: Sorry, just asking. When did it blew up?
Customer: Right after when we turned it on again...
