Unusual for that coil to be damaged. I'd check Fliptops, they have lots of Ampeg special parts, not just for B15's.

Did you find out why it burned out? It is very rare to see an inductor, with only signal across it, damaged. Don't put in another until you find out why. Is a coupling capacitor shorted for very leaky?
