Mackie Thump TH-12A Issues

Hey folks - This unit will work for a few minutes then goes dead. Anyone with a similar problem? Does anyone know where I can get schematic and or repair manual? Thanks in advance.

The simplest fix has been to heat shrink the large ferrite beads mounted on the speaker wires inside the amplifier cavity so they don't short out, but there are other issues, I think Enzo and others have repaired these, and there's a cottage industry on Ebay:

Here is the 15A schematic.
Same thing, different size speaker.

The power supply is a SMPS & the output is Class D.
If the output IC is the issue, the factory IC TDA8924 is no longer available.
It can be replaced, pin for pin, with the TDA8950.
