Hello everyone,
I've been working on the power amp of a Yorkville LS2100P sub. Class D power amp.
When it came into the shop it had no output. I replaced the gate drivers, the comparator, and a 5V regulator.
I have output now but with a problem. Running a sine wave throught it my scope shows the signal but with a 30VDC offset.
When it's hooked up to the speaker it sounds horrible and the output looks like a crappy square wave.
I know just enough about class D power sections to be dangerous.
Any ideas on where to look for my problem.
When I get a chance I'll try and post some voltages.
Thanks,
Scott
